GCS are soon to be running a “Sustainable Fashion – Upcycling Fashion and Textiles Workshop” part-time.
This course will encourage you to explore and experiment with a range of sustainable textiles materials and techniques that can be used to upcycle unwanted garments or interiors.
You will have access to our state-of-the-art fashion and textiles studios and equipment which includes a laser cutter, digital textiles printer and textiles design software.
More traditional methods will also be explored through weaving, patchwork, and rag-rugging to create an innovative fashion & textiles final outcome.
